Job summary

Fabcon in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Field Caulker – East Coast for a permanent full-time role. Work hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities.

You will caulk and assist with construction tasks to seal precast concrete panels, coordinating with a caulk crew and following foreperson directions. Requirements include construction experience, caulking preferred, and a valid driver’s license; travel 50%+ and union membership eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction; caulking experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction from the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools safely.
• Follow all safety policies and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct with crew and jobsite personnel.
