Wells is seeking a Laborer to assist in installing sealants, caulking, waterproofing, coatings, and firestopping systems on buildings and ramps. You will support field crews, prep surfaces, apply materials, and ensure work meets project specs and quality standards.

Safety is a priority; you’ll join a team focused on safe practices, collaboration, and reliable performance in varying conditions, with potential travel to job sites as needed.

Qualificações

• 2 years construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel for job assignments.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork on site.

Responsabilidades

• Safety of crew with proper PPE use.
• Seal precast and concrete joints and install sealant systems.
• Patch and restore concrete or similar surfaces.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Keep the jobsite and trailer clean and organized.
• Follow field supervisor directions and report issues.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
