Job summary

Responsibilities include intake processing, timely reporting, and developing treatment and safety plans. The position operates at multiple Bloomington-area locations with options for travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with HIPAA and confidentiality in client records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard case-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential client records and communications per HIPAA.
• Complete intake forms and ensure copies are saved in the clinical record.
• Provide home-based and community-based services per Indiana standards.
• Document client contacts with up-to-date case notes in the required systems.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for referring agencies and updates as requested.
