Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Field Case Manager to cover the Augusta, GA region. You will work with injured workers and medical providers to advocate for effective treatment and timely return-to-work while maintaining a home-based office with frequent travel.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure or a health/human services degree and relevant certifications; a valid driver’s license and ability to manage multiple priorities are required. Sedgwick promotes growth and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred; or bachelor's degree in health or human services.
• Valid driver's license required and motor vehicle record check may apply.
• Certification options CCM, CDMS, or CRC are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to guide and coordinate care for injured workers.
• Facilitate recovery and autonomy through advocacy, education and resources.
• Identify providers and facilities to ensure timely, cost‑effective care.
