- Ability to learn and administer Missouri SkillUP programs.
- Strong communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Kansas City area.
Responsibilities
- Connect participants to employment opportunities and training resources.
- Administer Missouri SkillUP services including assessment and career planning.
- Coordinate supportive services and remove barriers to employment.
- Collaborate with staff, employers, and community partners.
- Develop referral networks and maintain participant records.
- Support grant reporting and program compliance.
