Senior Helpers of Greater Knoxville is seeking a Field Care Coordinator (CNA) to supervise and support both clients and caregivers in the field, acting as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and the office team.

The role involves supervisory visits, care plan updates, scheduling support, and problem solving to ensure high-quality home care. A CNA and strong communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• A CNA is required for this role.
• Experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine in-home supervisory visits to clients and caregivers.
• Coach, guide, and give feedback to caregivers.
• Monitor client satisfaction and quality of care.
• Assist with care plan updates as needs change.
• Coordinate scheduling and match caregivers to clients.
• Maintain documentation of visits and incidents.
