Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Car Wash Maintenance Service Technician to support a nationwide program by performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on car wash equipment across an assigned regional territory.

This role blends technical expertise with strong customer relationships and time management to help ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position requires travel and occasional hours after facilities close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in vacuum truck operations or car wash maintenance.
• Strong time management, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to service customers across territory.
• Experience developing and executing service strategies for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety for all employees on every project.
• Manage maintenance service schedules within the assigned territory.
• Perform pre-scheduled maintenance on car wash equipment and related operations.
• Operate vacuum truck, transfer pump, pressure washer, and Line Jetter safely.
• Complete EPA compliance documentation and data entry on a mobile device.
• Collaborate with Regional/Branch Managers and Sales reps to ensure quality service.
• Implement service and safety protocols and provide technical training to teams.
• Work non-standard hours, including after facilities close.
