Job summary

DaBella is hiring for a canvass role in Minnesota. The position involves active fieldwork, knocking on doors, and presenting services to prospects.

You will be paid a solid base rate with uncapped bonus potential, and top performers can earn substantial monthly bonuses based on leads set and performance.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods; this is an active, outdoor role.
• Strong communicators who can engage prospects in person.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Available Monday– Saturdays to canvass across neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors to introduce DaBella services and generate interest.
• Build rapport with homeowners and collect information for follow-ups.
• Represent the company in a professional, positive manner during field visits.
