DaBella is seeking a Field Canvasser in the Saint Cloud area to be the first point of contact with homeowners. You will knock on doors, start conversations, build rapport, and schedule free appointments for our sales team. No closing required; focus is on quality conversations and setting up qualified appointments.

We offer paid training, hourly pay with uncapped bonuses, and a path for real-world sales and marketing skill development within a growing nationwide company.

As a Field Canvasser , you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners in your community. Your role is simple: start conversations, build rapport, and schedule free appointments for our sales team. No closing required, just great conversations and quality appointments.

Compensation

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average monthly bonus: $1,500 – $3,000
• Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses

What You’ll Do
