You will recruit, train, and motivate canvassers, oversee daily field activities, and represent the company professionally in the community while pursuing growth opportunities within DaBella.

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Canvass Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of field canvassers. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about coaching others to succeed.

As a Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for executing canvassing strategies, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation goals. Your leadership will directly impact team performance and overall business growth. This is more than a management role; it’s an opportunity to lead from the front, develop others, and drive meaningful results while growing your own career.

Compensation

• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses
• Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
• $55,000 salary base pay

Requirements

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Available Monday – Saturdays
• The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs
• A valid driver’s license
• A good driving record
