DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead a field canvassing team and drive performance. You will motivate, coach, recruit, and onboard canvassers while staying active in neighborhoods and coordinating daily activities with leadership.

The role emphasizes boots-on-the-ground leadership, outdoor work in varied weather, and the ability to schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team. Compensation includes uncapped bonuses and a base pay of $22.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers.
• Track daily activities and coordinate with leadership.
• Safely operate company van for logistics.
