The Fairness Project is seeking Field Staff Directors to oversee a targeted paid canvassing operation. The team will manage recruitment, training, and deployment for a Congressional District in Ohio, with a start date as soon as possible.

You will guide canvassers, set measurable goals, and monitor performance using internal tracking systems. Previous canvass management is helpful, but not mandatory, and travel and a driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and oratory skills required.
• Demonstrated leadership and goal-driven mindset.
• Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and highly motivated.
• Experience in canvass management preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and canvassing software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervising paid canvassers to achieve program goals.
• Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers.
• Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress.
• Canvasser Messaging training.
• Quality controlling canvasser data.
• Cutting turf.
• Utilizing internal tracking systems to monitor workflow.
