Job summary

Bars.com in Houston is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join our on-site team, supporting activations and coordinating with venues and brand partners. You will gather real-time updates and be the face of Bars.com in your city.

This role offers flexible hours (~20 hours/week) with room to grow as the activation program expands, mileage reimbursement for travel within the Houston area, and a chance to build relationships, troubleshoot on-site issues, and help tell our story from the field.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation and strong knowledge of the Houston area.
• Tech-savvy (Slack, Google Docs/Sheets).
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support brand activations across your region.
• Ensure Bars.com tech is running smoothly and activations are set up for success.
• Be the storyteller — soak up the scene, engage with staff, guests, and bartenders to capture content, feedback, and on the ground campaign insights.
• Keep HQ in the loop — share the moments, the screw-ups, and the triumphs; all of it fuels how we grow.
• Be a positive, professional presence for Bars.com, our brand partners, and our venues.
