Job summary

Bars.com is seeking a Campaign Coordinator in Dallas to join our on-site team. You’ll support brand activations, coordinate with venues and brand partners, and relay real-time updates to HQ.

You’ll build relationships, solve problems, and proudly represent Bars.com in your city while working flexible hours (~20 hours/week) with potential growth; you’ll gain exposure to exclusive events in a fast-paced startup environment that values hustle and reliability.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Reliable transportation and knowledge of Dallas area.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Slack and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support brand activations regionally.
• Ensure Bars.com tech runs smoothly and activations are set up for success.
• Capture content and insights from staff, guests, and bartenders on the ground.
• Keep HQ updated with moments, mishaps, and wins to guide growth.
• Represent Bars.com positively for brand partners and venues.
