Bars.com is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join our on-site team in Dallas, Texas. You’ll support activations, coordinate with venues and brand partners, and share real-time updates with HQ to help campaigns grow.

You’ll be the storyteller on the ground, building relationships with staff and guests, ensuring tech runs smoothly, and representing Bars.com with professionalism and enthusiasm in your city.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and knowledge of the Dallas area.
• Tech-savvy with Slack and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support brand activations across the region.
• Ensure Bars.com tech runs smoothly and activations set up for success.
• Be the storyteller on the ground, capturing content and feedback.
• Keep HQ updated with moments, missteps and wins.
