Job summary

Bars.com is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join the on-site team in Denver, Colorado. You will support activations, coordinate with venues and brand partners, and relay real-time updates to HQ. Your role includes building relationships, solving problems, and representing Bars.com at events across the region.

You will attend activations, ensure tech runs smoothly, capture content and insights, and stay connected with HQ. This is a hands-on, on-site role with growth potential and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Access to reliable transportation and knowledge of the Denver/Boulder area.
• Tech-savvy (Slack, Google Docs/Sheets)
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support brand activations across the region.
• Ensure Bars.com tech is running smoothly and activations are set up for success.
• Be the storyteller — capture content, feedback, and on-the-ground insights.
• Keep HQ in the loop — share moments, screw-ups, and triumphs to inform growth.
• Be a positive, professional presence for Bars.com, brand partners, and venues.
