Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Roanoke team. This full-time position involves testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting diverse instruments at customer sites in Roanoke, TX, and surrounding areas.

You will maintain records, ensure compliance with quality standards, and communicate progress clearly to clients. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, reliable travel willingness (up to 80%), and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations with frequent overnight, out-of-state travel, Monday through Friday, up to 80% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
• Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
• Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Work directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates
