Job summary

Flexible IT on Long Island is seeking a dedicated Low Voltage Technician to join our Hardware Services Team. The role covers structured cabling, access control, and IP surveillance across client sites, with travel required to install, test, and service systems.

You will work with data networks, racks, patch panels, and CCTV equipment, reading blueprints and schematics to ensure precise installations. A proactive, self-motivated approach and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with structured cabling and data/voice installations.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Strong reading of blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate cabling for data, voice, fiber, and paging.
• Install and wire Access Control Boards, Readers, and devices.
• Install and configure CCTV cameras and DVRs; program analytics.
