Qualifications

• Experience in cable, fiber, or broadband installation required.
• Comfortable using tools and performing hands-on troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair internet, cable TV, phone, and alarm systems.
• Perform service upgrades, relocations, and audits at residential and commercial locations.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards and customer experience.
• Educate customers on services and equipment and complete accurate work orders.

Skills
