Responsibilities

• Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on equipment and services.
• Test signal quality and ensure installations meet standards.
• Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Document completed work using mobile apps.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Continue developing skills through ongoing training and certifications.
