Next Solutions LLC in Michigan is seeking a Service and Solutions Specialist to install and upgrade TV, Internet, and smart home services at customers’ homes. You will drive to client locations, assess needs, and outline the best options to complete required work.

This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for experience, paid training, weekly pay, and a company-owned vehicle for qualified candidates. You must pass a background check and drug screen, lift up to 80 lbs, and work 5–6 days including

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis.
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services.
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.
