Job summary

Next Solutions LLC is seeking a service and solutions specialist to install and service TV, internet and smart home systems at customers’ homes. You will drive to locations, assess needs, and complete required work.

Responsibilities include executing connects, upgrades, disconnects, troubleshooting services, and educating customers on products. A weekly pay structure and a company vehicle are offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis.
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.
