Reece USA is hiring a Business Development Representative to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. You will travel to customer sites, promote our products, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet branch sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong focus on customer relationships and results. This full-time role requires significant travel and a proven sales mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and pursue to generate new business/additional revenue consistent with assigned goals.
• Travel to customers’ office/job site to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and team to promote sales at the branch level.
