Job summary

Nelson’s Bus Service is seeking a skilled Diesel Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs at customer sites and company facilities in the McFarland, WI area. Frequent travel to client locations is required, and the role may include mentoring less experienced technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma plus a two-year automotive technology diploma and 3 years of related experience, with diesel/bus experience and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diesel truck or bus experience and electrical system troubleshooting required.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, work orders and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance at customer locations and company sites.
