Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect new buildings, additions, and alterations for compliance with adopted codes.
• Explain complex building issues to the public, contractors, designers and owners.
• Read and interpret building plans and codes to apply enforcement with good judgment.
• Prepare and write correction notices and inspection reports.
