Job summary

Highline Services, LLC is seeking a Broadband Technician to install, maintain, and service voice, video, and broadband networks across copper, fiber, and wireless infrastructures. The role includes wiring, testing, and collaborating with teams to ensure quality service and timely response to outages.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of broadband technician experience and a related technical degree or certification, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Broadband Technician is required.
• Two-year technical college degree in electronics, fiber optics and telecommunications technology is strongly preferred.
• Network+ certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Increase Job Knowledge by supporting Technicians II & III with their duties.
• Maintain knowledge to perform timely installations and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively to keep accurate network records.
• Install and repair plant infrastructure including copper, fiber, wireless, DLC/DSLAM systems, NIDS/ONT’s, modems, set top boxes, and inside wiring.
