Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Brand Ambassador to educate customers and retail partners through hands-on product demonstrations, trainings, and engaging events across the Los Angeles territory. The role requires travel, a dynamic personality, and strong communication skills to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, collect market feedback, and participate in trade shows and community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or related customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers and partners through product demonstrations and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, openings, community events, and promotional activities.
• Conduct trainings for retail staff on products and brand initiatives.
• Travel across assigned territory to support retail and marketing initiatives.
