Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of consumer-focused sales experience.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong time management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Basic skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and build relationships to enhance in-store shopping.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and shoppable product displays.
• Host in-store demonstrations highlighting features and values of Le Creuset products.
• Train retailer sales associates on product benefits and promotions.
• Communicate weekly with store supervisors about selling activities and stock needs.
• Support in-store events to boost brand awareness and sales.
