Job summary

Confidential is seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador to drive product education, retail engagement, and field marketing across an assigned territory. You will promote products, gather market feedback, and support brand growth through events and in-store activations.

The role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Opportunities for cross-training within the department may be available to support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail, promotions, or related settings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers, retail partners, and distributors through product demos, trainings, and events.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, openings, and community events.
• Conduct trainings for retail staff on products and programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide field reports.
