Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to join our sales support team in Glenwood Springs, CO. You’ll drive RED data entry in stores, connect with customers and frontline staff, and help ensure accurate in-store execution of promotions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, reliable transport, and basic MS Office skills. The role offers compensation around $22 per hour and opportunities for career advancement within a leading beverage company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level guidance to Swire Coca-Cola, USA associates on how deliverables can be achieved in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process clearly.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consumers and employees at all levels of the business.
• Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures by all employees; maintenance, care and inventory of all assigned equipment.
• Work with all teams to ensure data and reporting design supports long term stability.
• Ensure proper quality control procedures are utilized.
• Manage an effective routing process each week.
• Complete paperwork and displays checks to ensure signs and promos meet standards.
• Collaborate with customers to maximize efficiencies in maintenance and inventory of equipment.
