Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks a Field Brand Ambassador in Iowa to engage with homeowners at retail environments and events. No selling required—simply introduce services and schedule in-home demonstrations. Earn base pay plus uncapped bonuses, with PTO from day one and comprehensive benefits.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available. Ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking growth in sales and marketing, with weekday and weekend availability (10am–6pm, Wed–Sun).

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided.
• Self-motivated with a drive to grow in sales/marketing.
• Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken for in-person outreach.
• Physically able to stand/walk outdoors and promo events.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces.
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversations.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required.
• Represent a highly rated brand in the industry.
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into management or sales career.

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

  • Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr

    • Top reps earn $80k+/yr

In this position, you will:

• Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
