Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador to engage customers through direct, in-person outreach at retail locations and events. You will introduce remodeling services, discuss offers, and book free in-home product demonstrations without direct selling.

Average first-year earnings are projected at $50k-$70k with top reps earning $80k+. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with PTO from day one and comprehensive benefits.

• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (Wed-Sun 10am-6pm).
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction.

• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand

• Availability to work afternoons and weekends

  • Currently hiring for 10am - 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday

• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction

• Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
