Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Brand Ambassador to engage customers through in-person outreach at retail spaces and events. You’ll present remodeling services, explain offers, and book free-home demonstrations—no selling required.

Base pay plus uncapped bonuses with strong earning potential in the first year, plus PTO and full benefits. We value outgoing, self-motivated individuals who excel in face-to-face conversations and are available afternoons and weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Outgoing, well-spoken and people-focused.
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (Wed-Sun 10am-6pm).
• Interest in career growth in sales/marketing.

Responsibilities

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

  • Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr

    • Top reps earn $80k+/yr

• Full and part-time roles available

• PTO available on Day 1

  • Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
