Planet 13 in Las Vegas seeks a Brand Activation Specialist to support in-store activations for Nevada partner dispensaries. The role travels between accounts to set up displays, educate staff, and boost brand visibility and sell-through.

The position emphasizes regular events, merchandising upkeep, and collaboration with dispensaries to optimize product presentation and knowledge sharing. 21+ required; retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of retail merchandising, field marketing, brand ambassador, hospitality, or dispensary sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run in-store pop-up events at partner dispensaries on a recurring calendar, including setup and breakdown.
• Engage with customers during activations to drive brand awareness and sell through.
• Track activation results including foot traffic, product moved, and staff feedback.
• Install, refresh, and maintain branded displays, cases, signage, and point of sale materials at partner dispensaries.
• Visit assigned accounts on a set rotation to check display condition, product placement, and shelf presence.
• Coordinate replacement or repair of damaged display assets.
