Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking a Boiler Controls Technician - Mobile Steam Department to join the team in Dallas, TX. The technician will wire, fire, and test boilers in shop and field environments to ensure customer equipment readiness.

Essential functions include wiring controls, rebuilding valves, building control panels, testing condensate tanks, and conducting startup on rental boilers. Requires 3+ years boiler experience, PLC knowledge, and ability to read schematics.

Formación

• Minimum three (3) years of boiler experience.
• Proficient with PLCs, transformers, transmitters and boiler controls.
• Must read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Wire controls and motors for boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Rebuild control valves and regulators.
• Build and test control panels and fuel skids per wiring diagrams.
• Perform start-up of rental boilers in field.
• Troubleshoot boilers and combustion for various types.
