Job summary

A Plus Hire Right Search Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a wound care role in Marble Falls, TX. The clinician will evaluate and treat chronic wounds in patients' homes and post-acute settings, with extensive training and ongoing clinical education to develop specialty expertise.

The position emphasizes independent clinical decision-making, strong assessment and documentation skills, and the ability to travel locally during the workday.

Qualifications

• Texas NP or PA license required.
• Independent practice capable with clinical decision making.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Wound care knowledge or interest preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with chronic and complex wounds.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Write clinical orders and make independent clinical decisions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Travel locally to patient homes and facilities during the workday.
