ReNew Wound Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced wound care across post-acute settings. You will evaluate wounds, design evidence-based plans, and travel between skilled nursing facilities to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires ANCC/AANP board certification, wound care credentials, and reliable travel. Base salary is competitive with quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ANCC or AANP Board Certification.
• 1+ years in advanced wound care.
• Certification in wound care (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, or WOCN) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel consistently.

Responsibilities

• Expert wound management and clinical care.
• Perform evaluations of acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply debridement, dressing selection, infection management, and grafting.
• Coordinate with facility staff and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide updates and clinical insights to optimize outcomes.
• Travel between multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities.
