Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Women’s Health District Sales Manager in Florida. You will lead a team of Sales Representatives, coach on selling skills, and drive physician-focused campaigns to meet business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in life science sales, 2+ years of first-line leadership, and travel up to 70%. Women’s health experience and product-launch success are a plus. A strong cross-functional and organizational skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 2+ years proven 1st line leadership experience.
• 7+ years of life science sales experience.
• Travel up to 70%.
• Women’s health experience a plus.
• Product launch experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Women Health Sales Representatives to promote products to targeted physicians and accounts.
• Attract, coach, develop and retain high-performing team members.
• Spend significant time in the field conducting visits and provide real-time feedback.
• Formulate sales strategies and translate national/area strategy locally.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales growth and ROI.
• Manage expense budgets and ensure proper ROI.
• Work with client partners to advance program outcomes compliantly.
• Ensure documentation for compliance with program guidelines.
