Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC in Boston seeks an experienced sales leader to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will hire, train and develop the sales team and coach them to success promoting our products to target physicians.

Responsibilities include evaluating field performance, conducting annual performance appraisals, creating executive business plans, and ensuring administrative activities are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience or participation in a management development program.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Manage and evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Executive business plans aligned with program goals.
• Ensure administrative projects are accurate, timely, and compliant.
