Job summary

AQUALIS is seeking a Business Development Manager in Austin, TX to drive new logo acquisitions across retail, industrial, commercial, and municipality sectors. You will manage lead development and propose tailored solutions.

This on-site role requires 5+ years in sales, strong negotiation skills, and ability to travel regionally. Compensation includes commission, with growth potential and a focus on customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive and successful sales experience with key retailers.
• Outside sales experience in facilities management, construction or environmental services preferred.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term channel plans.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business in retail, industrial, commercial, and municipality sectors.
• Manage lead development for the assigned geographic region.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Promote brand and services and build proposals based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for contracts and ongoing administration.
• Develop proposals and presentations for key accounts.
