Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 2-5 years of related Field experience with 1-3 years of progressive responsibility.
• MS/MA and 1-3 years of related field; certification in some areas.
• Prefer 1-2 years in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in a related market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and execution of key account strategies.
• Build and manage metro area accounts and relationships with high-use physicians.
• Develop systems for key accounts to ensure optimal use and outcomes.
• Coordinate with local agents to meet sales plan objectives.
• Analyze market factors to maintain growth and market share.
• Foster a goal-driven, accountable sales environment with credibility.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Support local sales team with materials and meetings.
• Coordinate sales activities between accounts and contract agents for unified approach.
• Recruit and train new contract agents to build product expertise.
