Opifex-Synergy in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive outside sales, grow revenue, and build strong relationships with key industrial clients.

You will conduct field visits to offices and job sites, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate with branches to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product deployment.

This role requires a high school diploma, construction or equipment industry experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in equipment related industries or construction.
• History of consistency and superior performance.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Work experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Military service may be considered in lieu of education/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue with a select group of companies within the commercial construction space.
• Daily account management and revenue growth through visits to customer offices, facilities, and job sites.
• Develop, plan, and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results.
• Effective implementation of products and services.
• Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local pricing.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Assist branches in keeping abreast with customer changes and job site problems.
• Support all team members.
