Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, balancing indoor and outdoor duties while ensuring units are ready to rent. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and handle payments and collections with accuracy and customer care.

The role requires driving between sites with a valid license, performing inspections, and maintaining clean, accessible facilities. Previous service-driven sales experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and perform reminder/collections calls as needed.
• Work independently at multiple locations and be comfortable moving between sites.
