Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Environmental Specialist for large-scale renewable energy projects across the Southwest. This field-based role requires strong environmental compliance experience, including SWPPP and hazardous waste management, along with a commitment to safety and hands-on site support.

The position offers long-term growth, a comprehensive benefits package, including travel support and temporary housing near project sites, and requires 100% travel. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in environmental compliance.
• Experience managing hazardous waste and SWPPP.
• Ability to communicate with consultants and governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the environmental program at each work site.
• Lead the project planning and environmental risk analysis.
• Conduct work site environmental inspections.
