Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management strategy for a multifamily portfolio of approximately 3,500 units
• Partner with third-party property management teams to execute business plans, budgets, and capital projects
• Drive revenue growth, expense management, and overall asset performance
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, brokers, vendors, and operating partners
• Prepare and analyze financial models related to valuations, refinancing, hold/sell decisions, and capital investments
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and property valuations
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, and performance updates for stakeholders
• Support strategic decisions surrounding dispositions, refinancing, and value-add initiatives
• Travel approximately 15-20% as needed
