RN, Case Manager is a field-based role servicing multiple California locations, including Los Banos, Monterey, Paso Robles, Templeton, and Hawthorne. You will manage caseloads, coordinate medical care, and maintain thorough documentation to support injured workers and return-to-work goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Outstanding English language skills with professional communication.
• Proficiency with PCs, Windows, and MS Office Suite; willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel to designated service areas for in-person appointments.
• Autonomous management of assigned caseload and scheduling.
• Coordinate and facilitate in-person physician visits and treatment plans.
• Communicate proactively with medical providers and insurers to support return-to-work outcomes.
• Provide field-based case management within CMSA and ISYS guidelines.
