Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of residential maintenance, handyman, renovation, construction, property management maintenance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
• Complete work orders safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Capture photos, notes, measurements, and repair recommendations.
• Submit inspection reports and escalate urgent issues.
• Coordinate with vendors when needed.
