Job summary

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive referrals, develop field-based sales strategies, and strengthen relationships with hospitals and physicians. The role emphasizes in-person presentations, clinical expertise, and expanding patient admissions for our rehabilitation services.

The ideal candidate will have clinical licensure, healthcare sales experience, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred; formal sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates dialogue with potential referral sources and maintains relationships with current sources.
• Designs and drives sales strategies to increase patient admissions via rehabilitation services.
• Leverages clinical and sales expertise to promote locations to referral sources and aid inpatient admissions.
• Spends 80%+ time in the field making presentations, assessing patients, and building long-term relationships.
