Job summary

Azure Standard is seeking an APD Regional Project Manager to lead construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across facilities in Oregon and Southern Washington. This hands-on role requires coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors while solving field problems and keeping schedules and costs under control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading construction crews and completing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project documents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage labour, materials, equipment, budgets, and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of payroll and administration.
• Clear verbal and written communication; proficient with email and spreadsheets.
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Represents Azure with integrity and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Lead teams, crews, subcontractors, and vendors; set priorities and keep projects moving safely.
• Provide hands-on leadership across trades and perform on-site instruction and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
• Manage payroll, onboarding, and performance of team members.
• Monitor budgets and track costs, purchases, and labour.
• Develop material lists, obtain pricing, and coordinate purchasing and deliveries.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Travel between facilities and project sites within region.
