Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with justice‑involved individuals and behavioral health populations.
• Strong knowledge of court, probation, and parole processes; reentry services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with correctional facilities, probation, parole, and courts to ensure compliance.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans for reentry.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and progress monitoring to support housing, employment, and recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure HIPAA/compliance standards.
• Travel within assigned regions near correctional facilities and engage with facility staff.
